padoka ppa (aka unstable) is now on llvm 9 and mesa 19.1.
padoka stable is now on 18.3.3 waiting for 19.0 to go gold (will be compiled with llvm 8.0 stable).

Thanks for the great ppa. The RADV freesync patch works fine but nobody is interested to migrate it to the mainline Mesa. Can you do it so that it is easy to test for everyone?

Please update Padoka ppa Mesa git so everyone can use it.
Also upgrade the xserver-xorg-video-amdgpu package.
